Managing our lake Health & beauty

Not only do we manage our lake health and beauty, but we also manage the lake access, privacy and security for all residents.

We manage the following aspects of lake health, beauty, safety, privacy & security.

Gate Access & Maintenance

New Residents can obtain an private gate clicker (looks like a garage door opener) and you can access Lake Ida, Lake Eden, the E-4 Canal, Lake Osbourne with a small enough boat. The current size limit is 8 ft wide, 18 ft long.

Lake Service Reports

We engage the services of Solitude Lake Management (formerly Lake & Wetlands) to perform monthly eco-friendly spraying for weeds, monthly plantings along the littoral shelf, fish stocking, monitoring of wildlife health and monitoring of lake water quality

Lake Board Meetings

Lake Board Meetings are open to residents, and are held in person, at 7:00 pm ET at the Pines of Delray Clubhouse, on the first Monday of every second month.

Lake Rules & Regulations

Charter fishing on Rainberry Lake is prohibited.

Charter fishing with paying guests is only allowed outside our private lake, where there is public access, like in nearby Lake Ida.

This is a private lake. Fishing and boating is for residents including friends, family and non-paying guests only.

Fishing in our lake is 'catch and release' with many exceptions for non-native, and invasive species. (see FWC website for complete fishing rules)
